As noted in last week’s email, the Fulbright Board will meet on Sunday, June 9, at 1:00 at UNM’s Domenici Education Building at the corner of Stanford and Tucker. Please see the earlier email for directions and parking. If you get lost trying to find the building or have trouble parking, you can call me at 505-504-2163. Also, it is helpful if you let me know if you plan to attend the meeting.
I am attaching the minutes from our December 3, 2023 Annual Meeting for your review. Here also is a link to a blog post written by Fulbright Scholar Vincent Veerbeek about his research on New Mexico’s Indian Boarding Schools, specifically their bands. https://fulbright.nl/vincent-veerbeek/. Vincent left Albuquerque in March to return to his home university in Helsinki.
